Rockman EXE Axcess *spelling*

Man I can't wait for RM.EXE season 3. Anyone else here have problems downloading off of WPP's site? I have bit torrent and I manage to connect to the files, but after connecting and the download starts, it doesn't go anywhere, it always stays frozen aat 0%!!! :rmage:
