Something needed...

Well, I started to do some 8-Bit hand drawn pictures. But... I keep screwing up on Fighters hair. Every time I try it, it comes out looking like madusa's head. Can anyone hlep my out with some examples or some tips?

P.S. If you can help me out on some Thief to... I suck at him too.

Like what you see in a certain someones design?
Try it out on your own! I dont mean use tracing paper or print it out, I mean actually try to draw it until you can get to drawing it well on your own. yes, it takes time. Yes, it takes paper. But I can now successfully draw Tohya Miho! Although the hair still kinda gets me.

Find some good fanart, and try to reproduce. Several times. Mod. Tweak. Get some ideas. Then place something similar on yours. It works, doesnt it? :P

Anyway, my 2 cents.
