Smilies

There have been a few occasions on which I haven't been able to find a smiley to suit the tone of my text. I was therefore wondering if it would be possible to add a couple of new smilies to the selection currently available.

I have made the two that I have missed (although I can't seem to get the evil one quite right). They were made by copying and editing an existing smiley.

I'm all for it, if it doesn't take up to much of our busy admins' time that is.

I can't imagine adding a few smilies would be problem. I always wanted The Dark Warriors and EPS to be added to the smilies.

Pictoral smilies are all wrong.

Well, I would have, but I don't have permissions to update smilies.

They are decent designs though. Was going to use :evil: and :smooth: for them.

Maybe Pierre will do it someday, otherwise we're sorta s.o.l.

Those smilies are pretty good, but I don't think we need any more of the 8-bit smilies. I can handle "He he, thats a pretty good point

" but whenever I read more than three posts in the 8-Bit forum my eyes get assaulted by :bmage: I wanna stabby you :wmage: Thats not nice :fighter: I like swordys LOOLERS.

Enough is enough. The evil smiley looks good though.

True. I never really got the purpose of those "sprite smilies"; they don't, as such, convey emotion and if you use them instead of the character's names, it just disrupts the flow of the text and makes it actually harder to read...

Those new smilies are cool though, especially the "smooth" design.

Whoa, "disrupts the flow of the text". What's up with me tonight? Maybe I need sleep. Yeah, that's it. Sleep. And fresh virgin's blood.
