Mystery Science Theater 3000
Anybody remember MST3K?
I don't care if it's old and low-tech and has been off-air for years, it's still one of my favorite shows of all time. It's hilariousness level is off the chart. Are there any other MSTies out there?

FUCK. YES.
I still have great memores of MST3k. Some of my favorite episodes from their Comedy Central stuff is the two Hercules movies (Stupid Steve Reeves), Mitchell, and the movie. The Sci Fi series was great, I loved Prince of Space, Soultaker, Invasion of the Neptune Men, Giant Spider Invasion, and my all time favorite is Space Mutiny. Nothing was funnier than seeing Crud Bonemeal scream in fury before turning and calmly jumping off the go-cart. And, as another side note, If anyone remembers that spanish educational show Destinos, there's an episode in it where they are watching MST3k in the background. I hope someone knwos what I'm talking about.

MST3K! Woot! =D
I loved that show, but it was so long ago when I watched it... I should dust off the ol' copy of the MST3K movie again and watch it. Man, that was a hilarious show...

Like... with Jetpacks?

When they moved it to SciFi, they killed the show. And to be honest, I aleays preferred Joel over Mike. The movies and commentary seemed much better when Mike was the host. Now I just need to find some on DVD with Joel!
But I have to admit, MST3K: The Movie was a classic for all time. Only movie I've ever seen that I laughed the entire way through.

I loooove MST3k. I first fell in love with it when I was really young and I was visiting my relatives in Minnesota, and we saw it on TV and it was the episode where they make fun of godzilla and gamera and stuff like that.
Now, I usually just watch my videos of it that my brothers and I have purchased. The best ones are "Cave Dwellers" (Ator!) and "Pod People" (Trumpy, no!) We have about 5 of the VHSes as well at the actual movie (that one is good too).

My favourite is still Space mutiny.
"Put the siren on" (crow starts singing circus music) "Someone stole the heroes purse."

Actually, don't.

Yeah, my favorite is "Village of the Giants." The plot of the actual movie was so ridiculously bad, you wonder why anyone in their right (or even left) mind would fund it. At all.
"But David's supposed to win..." "Uh-oh... I didn't grow proportionately..." "Opie shoots, he scores!"

Big props to the MST3K. Got to see a live show when I was going to school in St. Cloud (MN), it was sweet, they did some of the old PSAs and then had a Q&A session.
Gotta love "Mitchell" and "Manos: Hands of Fate".

One of my favorites was "Jack Frost." I had it on tape, but big idiot that I am, accidentally taped over it. Sadness.
My other favs are Prince of Space and Invasion of the Neptune Men. The costumes themselves were hilarious. And anything that includes japanese schoolboys in tiny shorts and lanky men in white silk capes spells fun for the MST crew. "Take us away, tiny shorts!"
