Who Would Win?

I was pondering on whether this belonged in Discussion, General, Off-Topic or Comic, and since it's about discussing and debating and coming to an agreement I felt Discussion was the most proper. Weird? Maybe...but anyways.

There are many people who have gotten into discussions on what characters would win if they faced off against one another, such as Hulk versus Superman and et cetera.

I'm currently wondering if anyone would mind discussing who would win, suggestions on what we can debate on(perhaps having multiple discussions on different battles at the same time?), and so on and so forth.

If this thread should be moved I have no qualms with that occuring.

To get the ball rolling I would like to do the age old Batman Versus Superman.
Battle Conditions, in my opinion, make or break this battle. If, for instance, we allow Kryptonite...
Superman, being an intelligent and yet slightly naive individual, would go in not anticipating such a deadly threat to be used. Batman is a winner, and will win even if it means a low blow such as kryptonite. He'll use any tactical advantage that he can muster. As such, if Kryptonite is allowed: Batman wins.
If Kryptonite is not allowed we must then ponder on if we're talking about Gotham or elsewhere. If we're talking about Elsewhere then Batman loses what little advantage he would have, in terms of knowledge of the battlefield. Tack on that most of Batman's arsenal of gadgetry is easily reached at various points in Gotham, and outside it is not, and Batman is SOOL.

However, if it happens in Gotham then Batman has the tactical advantage. He knows Gotham, he knows every little nook and cranny. He has helped in the building of the city, so has been able to sneak in little surprises into the various places. He can reach his gadgets, and in turn he also has the potential assistance from the Bat Family, though they won't count in this as that would make it more than a one on one.

So, IN MY OPINION:
Kryptonite Yes --- Batman Wins
Kryptonite No, Gotham No --- Superman Wins
Kryptonite No, Gotham Yes --- Batman Wins

We've done these things a couple of times, and generally they're considered illegal, unless started by a mod or with mod approval.
