News subforum rules

This is a forum dedicated to talking about what's currently in the news. To ensure we're focusing on news, a few ground rules:

- Whoever makes a thread here must quote or link to a news article (preferrably both). If it's print only, quote relevant parts or summarize and tell us where the article was published.

- The article cannot be older than four weeks, publishing date. This represents the "current" part.

- This doesn't mean any thread that quotes an article at the start absolutely has to go here. Depending on the topic it might as well go into General. Use your own judgement.

- General rules apply otherwise - apart from the need for an article in post 1 you won't be held to higher standards of posting here than anywhere else on the forum.
