According to my roommate, who is from that area, if it wasn't for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, then Cleveland wouldn't have anything touristey to see. Aside from this:

I've been to Cleveland.

It shuts down at 12 PM, even on a Saturday.

Completely. There was nothing open. And yes, there was nothing there to begin with.

Though to be fair, I think it's an Ohio thing, as when I went to Columbus a couple of years later, it was exactly the same.
