New ratings graphics

Played around with Photoshop a bit and came up with some new ratings graphics that might reflect the definitions of each rating better. Press F5 if you're still seeing stars (if that doesn't work and you recently hit your head please see a doctor instead).

You should abandon low-powered threads and leave them to fade away, anyway, so that still works.

Minor update to thread ratings: you can now change ratings you've given, just rate the thread again like normal and you're good.
