Banners still not the right color

Just to let you know, the Nuklear Power Forums banners in the upper left still have the wrong background color. There's a pretty visible line where the image ends, and the forum background begins, at least on my monitor.

It's not a huge deal, but it's been brought up before, and can be solved by just making the background transparent. They're .pngs to begin with, so it's not as if it's a problem to give them a transparent background.

Edit: CRAP FORGOT A TAG.

Edit Edit: (That was to be taken at face value. It was a very frantic edit, in order to place the tag which I had forgotten into the thread title.)

I've noticed this for a while, but ???? about why it's still like that. As in I forget if I mentioned it and got a response or if that was just a false memory implanted by shiney when he erased my memory of discovering all of his shocking secrets.

Even after I learned, grew up, and came to be on the right side of a lot of important issues, I was still angry, abrasive, and generally increased the amount of hate in the world, in pretty unacceptable ways.
