In Time
'In Time', starring Justin Time and Amanda Counton, is a film in which time is literally money -both of which will be, perhaps poetically, wasted if you go to see this movie.
The filmmakers clearly think they have a thought-provoking 'what-if' story, but in reality the 2 minute trailers provide exactly as much depth as the entire nearly 2 hour film itself. Useless characters abound and a dialog that is happening now about actual social issues are presented as new and radical ideas to a seemingly contemporary fictional populace, parts of which are ageless. But if you like inane dialog laced with consistent puns referencing the theme of the movie, characters doing insane like running away from seemingly reasonable law-enforcement officers with little to no proper motivation, and an oddly sexual subtext between the main character and his 50 year old mother (played for a whole 5 minutes by Olivia Wilde who features prominently in the trailer) then maybe you need to have your clock cleaned! lololololololololololololololol! EDIT: Yes I realize this movie came out like 6 months ago. Guess I'm a little... behind the times.

But they represented the disparity of wealth whereby rich people murder poor people by proxy for a better life as rich people actually murdering poor people. Oh ho ho so edgy.
It was similar to Inception in that the film goes like this: "Here are the rules to this world" "Logical consequences of those rules" "Big action sequence" without putting in any dramatic progression or conclusions. |

It wouldn't have been so weird if she wasn't as big of a celebrity Or if her charecter was important to the movie at all. The guy from Rosanne and Big Bang theory was in it more.

Olivia Wilde plays a very small role which you should work out in the first miute of the movie.

Saving everybody two hours of their lives with a Repo Men spoiler
Much like Repo Men, this movie sucks ass in its examination of our societal issues, just the issue is different (healthcare in that one, wealth disparity in this one).
Also Repo Men had that fucking "it was all a dream" ending. MAN FUCK THAT SHIT WHY THE FUCK DOES ANYONE THINK THAT IS A GOOD IDEA? Also In Time tried to rip off "'Repent, Harlequin!' Said The Ticktockman" until Harlan Ellison threw a righteous fit and got his name put in the credits. Much to the chagrin of people on the internet/in Hollywood for some reason (OH THAT HARLAN ELLISON, HE COMPLAINS EVERY TIME HOLLYWOOD TACTLESSLY RIPS HIS SHIT OFF! WHEN WILL HE GIVE IT UP).
