Long story short. Upper atmosphere is full of micro-organisms, alot of them. Implications are still being considered but they could affect global ecosystems, pandemic spread, even weather patterns.

Not surprised But it would explain a number of things. I never knew our atmosphere is full of different types of micro organisms.
