Electronic valves and other componets

There was one thing that I enjoyed it was engineering, while I can never do it for a living I do miss it as a hobby. I got an idea for something to make but never shopped for parts before. I need:

Electronically controlled valves, ones that can handle liquids but ideally ones that can handle granulated solids like sugar.

Heating coils and temperature controls. Need something I can shape and insulate.

Computer control to handle all these calculations, one that can handle multiple timers.

Some nice extra bits would be something to measure flow rate and a bluetooth receiver to allow wireless control.
