Top Gear
Chokotto Sister Bleach Mass Effect 2 Well, one is being played and watched, to be fair. And at times I'll catch The Daily Show and/or Colbert. I done finished watching all the Who I could get.

Seriously, if he weren't such a moron, I'd vote for Archer being a Magnificent Bastard. His mother is being held at gunpoint by Cremenski, who is a Russian mole in ISIS. Archer grabs Lana and holds her at gunpoint, calling it a "classic misdirection" which Cremenski scoffs at because he doesn't care about her. He then asks Archer what would happen if he pulled the trigger and killed his mother. Lana yells "Jesus Christ, he has an erection!" Which prompts Cremenski to throw Archer's mother away and freak, saying "What the hell is wrong with you people?" Archer unloads a clip into him, about to finish a Bond One Liner referencing one he made earlier in the episode. tl;dr Archer's an asshole, a dumb Gregory House, if you will. |

Ok, I finished Clannad: After Story on Monday and I still don't know how to talk about it without potentially ruining it. See, all those Psychology classes that I hate that I've taken over the years have made me very aware of the phenomenon of priming. If I say what I think, then anyone who reads it will most likely go into it trying to think the same thing or actively trying to think something different. Either one could screw up the experience.
So all I can say is that I have a feeling like I did after I beat Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow (one of my favorite games), in that I feel like I won't experience something like that again soon. Eureka Seven's still my favorite show, though.

I'm another fan of Archer. It has good quick witty dialog and, for some reason this is a big plus for me, continuity and running jokes. They had that in Frisky Dingo too, but it's not as 'out there' like FD was yet. I'd recommend giving it a watch.
Also other shows I'm watching: Caprica, Modern Family, House

Given how much I loved Battlestar Galactica (even its controversial later seasons) I'm shocked at how little Caprica interests me.
I mean it could very well turn out to be a phenomenal series, but I just feel absolutely no incentive to watch it. I really think the prequel concept was a bad idea: while I'm not remotely sure how a sequel to BSG would be handled, it'd interest me far more, even if it involved different planetary factions splintering off into different ancient tribes on Earth or something equally strange. Alternatively, have it take place in near-future Earth and have history repeat itself. Either option is infinitely more preferable to me than a story where I essentially already know the ending.

I am afraid they'll make the weeping angels recurring villains though.
I think I'm going to start watching Inazuma Eleven to fill my time between episodes of other shows. Very pumped for when Doctor Who starts up again, though.
EDIT: Inazuma Eleven is even more ridiculous than I could have expected.

Xavier? Seriously?
I'm sorry, Lev, but you're gonna have to give up your interweb badge. Seriously, that show is far too trippy for me to watch. |

Archer and Armstrong vs. the World

I've been watching Burn Notice at people's behest. It's pretty entertaining. I've also been trying to catch up on Breaking Bad Season 2, I never watched the second half of the season and the 3rd season is going to start pretty soon so I need to catch up.
I've been watching Caprica, it's somewhat interesting, although the whole VR angle is kind of stupid, to tell you the truth. I was expecting something more approaching the first Cylon War, though I suppose they might make a series about that eventually.
