Crappy Comic/joke

it's 8:00 pm at Mel dine City. Pandora is walking down the side walk towards the Book store. As she enters, she realizes that she has no money on her. So she walks to a near by ATM machine inside the book store. Inserts her Debt Card into the machine. And checks her account with the intent to with draw money only to find...

well...

Some where deep in Midnight Town. Sarina Phantom is sitting in front of a computer laughing her ass off at this very moment.

So hey, did I ever mention my text adventure? Well, I have one in the works, along with everything else, just for fun. Normally, I'd say it was an excuse to do more pixel art but, well, it's really not. I made the character sprites from the ground up, got lazy, and started pulling my backgrounds from Google Image Search and just downgrading the color.

Anyway, here's the main cast:



The protagonist, Jamie, is in the center. Is it a boy? A girl? That's left up to the player to decide. Also, there was a slight mishap with some school spirit. Angelo, Jamie's best friend and the guy in the red shirt, suggested they participate in School Spirit Day the last week of school by painting themselves in the school colors, with Jamie as the test subject. Only it turns out permanent markers are kind of, well, permanent. And the school colors don't include black. Normally, the POV is supposed to be Jamie's, so the sprite won't show up much or may not ever see use, depending.

As mentioned, on the lower left is Angelo, Jamie's best friend and constant companion, without whom Jamie's life would be a lot less crazy, but a lot more boring. He carries a specific set of marbles with him and goes nuts if any are missing, and has a penchant for peanut butter, jelly, and egg salad sandwiches, extra mayo.

On the upper left, you have Gar, the reptilian merc known for his brute strength and lack of a sense of humor. He's capable of taking down opponents much larger than himself, which says a bit, because, as shown, he's not a small guy.

On the upper right, the good witch Lenore, a powerful caster and super available... to join your party, because despite Angelo's best efforts, she's got other priorities than taking time out for a date. Wipe the drool off your chin.

Slowly weaving back and forward to and from the dark side. The first of 3 Destroyer Magician class uniforms (female versions).
Pandora wearing the Destroyer Magician Class Uniform wielding the "Thee End-22" Staff which amps up the power of her spells by 30%. The back of the Staff contains a large red eye that pandora can use (by closing her right eye) to see energy waves and other target(s) from a distance of up to 500 ft.

In her right, Pandora is wielding the "Thee-End-18" Wand which also boosts her spells and how quickly she can charge up her spells by 45%.



Info about the Destroyer Magician Weapon Class. A series of designs that popped into my head last week

The Destroyer Magician Uniform is a suit that's awarded to powerful mages who's skill level and knowledge of spells make them the most legally dangerous/talented mages in Alterra. There are two version of this uniform. the male version (didn't draw but it isn't that much different from the female version) and female version (which I did draw). These suits reward the wearer with improved defense against energy based and nonphysical attacks. As well as boost the power of their spells and energy attacks by 50%. However mobility on land is reduced and the suits don't offer much protection against physical attacks.

I drew 3 of my female characters wearing them. this is the first of the 3 pics. This is not related to the main story(ies) in anyway or form aside from the characters.

Sarina Phantom wearing the Empress Custom Destroyer Magician Class uniform. Which boost the power of her spells and her defense against energy based attacks by an extra 50%. Doubling the power of her spells and energy attacks as well as her defense against other energy based attacks.

Sarina is also wielding the massive Zweihander "Yggdrasil's Requiem". A power Sword surging with nearly 25,000 WATTS of Mana. It doubles as a beam blade that can extend up to 25 ft in length at full charge.

Had a doodle I liked so I thought I'd try redrawing it digitally to get more practice with that. I cheated a little by reusing some elements from the comic character templates I had, mainly the head.
