Oh, and your planned ghost/dragon weapon, could you explain the mechanics of that to me? How'd it work, say, against a fire pokemon?

Well, gee, I don't know. You could've made it more obvious! I mean, it sounded more like a casual strategy fightin' thingy rather than OH HEY PIERCE PICK UP THE DRAGON SLAVE.

Um, against a Fire pokemon? It should deal neutral damage. I'd rather just have it take both type's strengths. So it should deal 2x damage to Dragon, Psychic and Ghost. Plus 6x damage on Ruin types. That's still less strengths than other types like Ground and Fighting and Ice.

Kay. How about resistances? I'm asking cause I like the idea, I'm thinking of suggesting that all Semidemonic slayers or battle masters should get a custom weapon, and why not make them dual-type?

What I'd proposem is that it always hits with the best element (i.e. the one that does the most damage) against anything except for Ruin, where it hits with both elements. (For 6x damage)
If AB's fine with that, I'd be as well.

Should take both type's weaknesses too. So, it'd probably deal 1/4 damage to Steel, and half damage to Dark.

On the Dark Ruin General, I imagine it'd deal 3x damage. And for Lexhur, hmmm... 1.5x? Yeah, that sounds about right.

EDIT: I dunno. I mean, I can't think of any pokemon or type combination that would result in a dual-typed weapon doing 8x damage to a dual-typed pokemon. You'd get 6x, at most.

Although I see your point. We do seem to have a habit of breezing through battles that should otherwise be arduous. How about if we get dual-typed weapons, but only as long as they don't deal more than 4x damage on any type combination? Except Ruin pokemon, of course.

Man, if only I'd had Netherwurm for Phantomere. I mean, 8x damage!

Yeah, Pierce doesn't like going anywhere near a mile of the approximate vicinity within a five-mine radius of a certain subject.

Yes, Pierce gave a speech. I figure it's about time one of us did one. Of course, it's not all that impressive because the moment isn't that significant.

EDIT: Wonder if Impact will say anything about Pierce's mention of liberty.

Hell, Impact can do the finisher. Jump all the way up into the air and then strike the final blow while shouting "Ultimate Signature Technique! Impact Pawnch!"

Cue explosion that can be seen halfway across the galaxy and we're good for an ending.

Gem, you might wanna consider getting a Dragon/Dark weapon for the Psychic Ruin General. Or a Dragon/Psychic for the Poison General. Or Dragon/Steel for the Ice and Rock Generals.

Also, Pierce is going to try to return the Dragon Slave to Impact as soon as he picks it up. Just sayin'.
