I'm totally adding a red bandanna around Carapi's arm. Also, he can cure a headache with pressure points. It's like acupuncture, only with fingers instead of needles. Of course he can cure everything else with bandages. Bandages fix everything.

Edit: Added some techniques. I think Oda would high-five me for my wit.

and jagos what do you mean upgrade position? I meant more like new techniques, weapons, ect with progress

speaking of, typically I'd say like three should be good. Lets go full shonen "MEGATON PUNCH" style combat

Ok, we have a fighter, captain, doctor, cook, and sniper. We need a navigator, but, more importantly, we need a musician! Music is the heart of the pirate soul! Maybe a ship wright, too, I dunno. Mauve, get on it.

General rule was that individuals defined their character's Position, so whoever wants to be first mate will be first mate.
