Well, gee, I guess I'll just go cower in fear.
Or you could just concede that there's no way the four of you can out-whine me. I mean, we'll probably find out sooner or later anyway.

Good minion.
Ok, possible Rayleen/Impact SigSeq: C,C&C (Command, Control and Communications) Impact and Rayleen go into overdrive, exchanging information, designating targets, coordinating attacks. The suddenly improved battlefield coordination lets every enforcer, even those not in combat, let off an (extra) attack, with +1 to both attack stats, for this attack only. Meaning if they're in-combat, they get two attacks (one of which gets an extra +1 to both attack stats), if they're in rearguard position, they get to attack once (again, with +1 to both stats). 15 RPs per affected enforcer I like this one, the only reason I'd be uncertain about it is that it'd be less powerful when we're split up, but that'd also modify the cost. It might be OP, I'm not a subjective judge here. What do you all think? And one I don't want to use myself, but that I want someone to use, cause I think it's awesome. Anyone/Lexhur: Bombardement! (Anyone) calls out coordinates, and Lexhur responds by loosening off a devastating barrage of long-range, highly accurate artillery and rocket fire. Duck and cover! Deals critical damage to three adjacent targets and causes them to flich (100%). |

The only problem with the Lexhur one is that I think we're only allowed to have one Signature Sequence at a time. As in, we have to stick to one per mission.
So someone would have to give up their SigSeq and hope to Christ that Lexhur shows up.

I personally think that Destroyers class individuals, being the ultimate power elites that they are, should have a Sync Tech of their own that they can do with anyone who is willing to spend 100 RP to fuck things over with. If that's too easy, make it so two people have to pay 100 (or something like that) so aside from being expensive, we'd have to co-ordinate. Probably one made by AB or approved by everyone in terms of total awesomeness. I mean, as rarely as they'll be available, it would be neat if for when they did come over, they had the chance to shine brilliantly for a post or two. Hell, if multiple people pay the same cost of 100, the result should take a page to describe the sheer WIN that is the result. ^^

Well, we don't need our partner to be in-battle for the sequence to work, do we? Lexhur doesn't need to be present, in-mission. Hell, we're talking artillery here. Depending on the type of ammo he uses, his range could be anything up to 200 kilometres. He could be somewhere near HQ, and he could feasibly still hit anything in Homnyr.
And hell, I'm sure there's one NPC or another who could take care of actually using the technique. Worst-case scenario, one of my NPCs will have been an artillery observer and basically falls in love once he sees Lexhur's huge cannon. ... And despite my very deliberate wording, no, not that way. Edit: And I just realized something, in part thanks to Menarker: SigSeqs can have a higher cost that 100. In theory. Because, if characters can split the cost between them, we could basically have an incredibly powerful technique that costs 150 or even 200 combined RPs, for 75 and 100 Individual costs respectively. They couldn't use it unless they're both in combat, of course, but it'd be awesome. Last edited by Geminex; 05-21-2010 at 08:56 AM. |

Christ-damnit, man. How many NPCs are you freaking getting?
Anyway, hey, if you think Impact and Rayleen are close enough to have a Signature Sequence, I'm okay with the one you suggested.

And maybe, once matt is done chatting Rayleen up, Impact can talk to her. Something about wanting to prove himself to her, prove he can lead everyone. Preferrably after he realizes he's been coming off as unsympathetic. |

(Also that Slayers have access to a Rage Tank which practically gives them 200 rage, 250 max if they had the tank full, and 150 rage due to Second Wind) |

Bah. When Geminex ends up usurping control of the RP because he got support from his NPCs, I just want it on record that I called it now.
And I imagine Rayleen's response might be something along the lines of: Rayleen: "That's nice. I'm sure there'll be a lot of opportunities for you to prove yourself during missions, so don't worry about it."

If this keeps up, we could end up with an NPC squad of our own.
Drac with Sam and Liz, Renny with Dominic and Maria, and so on and so forth. |
