Agreed. Though the fact that there are lots of units in the SP that won't be available in the MP to preserve MP's balance is also a big improvement.

I really have to hand it to Blizzard; I thought they were going to have a really hard time making a game as great as Starcraft better. I was very wrong.

Edit: Though, it did take them 10 years. Does that count as hard?

Double Edit: I'm really super glad they waited until the 27th of July to release; that's the week after summer vacation starts in Korea and if they had released it when class was in session pretty much all of my male students would have been gone, even if their butts were in their chairs.

I've played a good 6-7 hours now, but I'm still not sure which I prefer. Though even that is a good thing, if you ask me. And I haven't touched multiplayer yet, just the campaign.

God I love this game! It's lots of fun. Campaign is pretty decent though so it's all good.

After a day and a half of power gaming I'm through the single player campaign. Really good stuff and the next installment can't come out fast enough.

I'm not sure how much I like the recent Blizzard trend of good guys and bad guys from an established series teaming up against a Bigger Threat. To me it reeks of them not wanting to upset fans of either side by giving the other side the upper hand. Though I feel like it was done better here than in Warcraft.

Finish the colonist missions. Also, the last artifact mission shows that the Teldarim still imprison Dark Templar. It might have been because the DTs knew from Zeratul that Raynor had legitimate need for the things.

I'm kind of iffy on the ending. The Xel'Naga artifact doing exactly what Mensk Jr. promised it would. It just feels like it would make more sense if Kerrigan couldn't just snap back to her old ethical self after being History's Greatest Monster for more than four years. Based on the fact that the next campaign is the Zerg campaign that might turn out to be the case but no character in Wings of Liberty doubts for a minute that if the thing works at all, Kerrigan will be totally fine.

Yeah, I just finished the last artefact mission and it's pretty clear that the Tel'Darim are a bunch of nutjobs, even by protoss standards. Makes me feel better about killing them.

Also, did anyone else find the final Ihan Crystal mission completely balls to the walls awesome? Maybe it's just because I'm naturally a defensive player, or it might be the sheer awesomeness of all the protoss banding together, and having all those heroes at your disposal. Regardless, that's been one of my favorite missions so far.
