It shouldn't be too hard to implement either...just rig up pedometer, have it send an electric signal through USB or whatever to the computer, custom driver interprets ever signal as a 1, every 1 as a step forward!

I suppose it is possible to do with a Wiimote, a bluetooth adapter, and GlovePie and just mimic how they use it for the Wii Fit run and jog games.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but don't some of the DS Pokemon games have a feature like this with a pedometer that levels up your Pokemon and other things like that?
