Nope, unfortunately not. You DID take a territory, but unfortunately since you also qualified for a reward you don't get a card.
Next turn, however, you'll get one regardless of what happens. Even if you don't take any territories, or if you should qualify for a reward again.

Whoops... uh, just compare the current map with one of the earlier maps.
I mean, cities and capitals don't move at all, so that doesn't matter.

The only thing that's missing (that could be fairly vital) is the location of the airfield in Eastern Canada (Quebec). I'll update the maps tomorrow.

Also: I told you shit went down in Southern Europe.

Grand Imperium of Luminous Destiny: ((6 Territories +1 City) /3) +1 Capital = 3 Re-enforcements
Empire of Zedan: ((17 Territories +5 Cities) /3) +2 Continent bonus +2 Capitals = 11 Re-enforcements
