Default Permanent ban: stefan (bandodging)

It has come to our attention that stefan was the bandodge account for Mad Jack the Pirate, who received a permanent ban some years ago after numerous warnings and temp bans. Normally, we're willing to look the other way on something like this if the user in question has shown a willingness and worthwhile attempt to improve, but given the amount of warnings and temp bans we've had to hand out to stefan since his first permaban along with his openness regarding actively trolling the forums on multiple occasions, we are not seeing such willingness on his behalf and have come to the decision to ban his current account permanently, as well.

Due to the ban not being in direct relation to any specific post, we felt it was best to create a thread announcing the reasoning behind this decision to alleviate any amount of confusion.
