Guitar, bass, flute (ages ago >.<), and I'd like to learn drums n' stuff. Any music I've written or covered and shared can be found in the thread "Original Music".

As for music I know, I know some licks from a lot of songs, like Iron Man ([Black Sabbath], guitar), Born of a Broken Man ([Rage Against the Machine], whole song guitar and bass), Back in Black ([AC/DC], bass), 5 Minutes Alone ([Pantera], whole song guitar and bass), Enter Sandman ([Metallica], whole song guitar and bass), Reload ([Ministry], whole song bass (tabbed it myself, as a matter of fact)), Godfather theme (whole song on guitar), and Civil War ([Guns n' Roses], guitar intro only both parts), just to name a few.

I actually don't play a lot, and I don't practice at all, so... I kinda suck. :-P

Since you seem to want people to post songs, I'll post a microtab of Ministry's Reload:

Code:
Ministry - Reload : from "Filth Pig"
Tabbed for Bass by Zephie

Intro:
E]---3------3------3-3-3-3------3-3--------- play twice

E]---0------0------0-0-0-0------0-0--------- play twice

"Three, two, one... roll five."

Riff A / Chorus
E]--5---0-0--0-0--6-5--- %

"Aim -- Aim -- Reload!"

Riff B /Fill
E]--5---0-0-5-6--- %

Riff C / Verse
E]--7---0---0--- %

"You got something to say, you better jump in my face"

Intro x 1
Riff A x 8
* Coda
Riff B x 8
Riff C x 5
Riff A x 2
Riff B x 1 / Riff C x 5
Riff A x 6
* Go back to Coda for second verse & chorus
= Breakdown (just play some notes following the drums on the open E string)
Riff B x 11
Riff A x 2
Riff C x 5
Riff A x 2
Riff B x 1 / Riff C x 5
Riff A x 6

I took about 10 years of piano lessons and still play from time to time. I'm looking into getting my old keyboard back so I can goof around on it when I'm bored. I'd post some sheet music, but I don't have any on hand right now. I've downloaded a lot of sheet music from final fantasy and other games, but I usually just goof around and make up my own stuff. I haven't gotten around to writing down any of my own comositions though.

Over time I played...

Trumpet (2 Years)
Tuba (barely)
Baritone (1 Year)
Clarinet (3 Years)

In that order. ANd as much as it might sound weird...I know there was a 5th instrument I played but I can't remember it right now..... I never was really a big fan of band and eventually quit but I tried a veriety of insturments. However, I always wanted to play either the Oboe or the Violin but my instructors would never let me. Hence why I quit music...

And I can read both bass and treble clefs. I should try to learn piano since I'm somewhat ambidextrious (sp) and can read them both already.

I have (formally) played clarinet for 6 years, and oboe for a little over 1 year now.

I play oboe in concert band now and clarinetfor solo & ensemble, and marching band (because, hell if I'm going to pay $8 a reed whenever I break a reed in marching band (Oboe reeds are $8 each))

I have played bass (not the bass guitar) for 2 years before giving up on it. I'm also currently taking guitar lessons, so I play the guitar as well.

ok, here is a midi arangement I made of When Doves Cry. If any of you want a copy of the score, let me no and I'll try to get a PDF version of it for you, or if you have the program Noteworthy Composer, that's what I wrote it with.
When Doves Cry

Also I'm working on the theme from Super Mario Bros. World 1-1 here is what I've gotten so far. Mario Theme

That's awesome, most of the people who try to do that song never end up having it that good.

I play bass guitar, alto sax, and the irish pennywhistle. The alto is a really great instrument i dont understand why you dont like it Jake... Im really into playing Charlie Parker stuff, My band plays original jazz fusion tunes, i would upload a song but I have but a 56k modem... that usually runs at around 38k.

I play the Ocarina :3

Ok - I own two and blow in them from time to time, I am thinking of actually learning songs on them, instead of trying to play the Zelda tunes by ear :P

I also have a Recorder and I cam play such master pieces, such as 'London's Burning', 'Mary had a little Lamb' and 'Cosmo Canyon/Nanaki theme tune from FF7'!
