I hope everyone took my earlier post as a joke.

One thing I find endlessly ironic is that I know that girl gamers are commonplace, really, just not nearly as commonplace as male gamers. However, in my small town of ukiah california, you won't find many. And if you do, they're 13 >.<

Just a note to end, because it kind've finished without explaining. We don't feel a need to draw attention to our hobby. If someone asks about it, we'll talk about it, but there's no big neon sign above us saying 'I'm a girl gamer, come check me out!'

We like being known as gamers. We're proud of it. But it's not what makes us who we are, such as gaming isn't what makes most men. It's PART of who you are. Not the entirety of it.
