If you kill me, I'll be proved townie and you can kill the mafiates that I named.

That means none of that "person who led the charge" bullcrap until after people we've already looked at are dead.

If you don't kill me, then I can continue to holler like a madman and point at the mafiates.




"Person who led the charge" stuff is largely for earlier in the game. At this point, you don't even know who was actually leading the charge, because it could be all based on things that happened three rounds ago.

I can't even give reason as to why, as its just a step above 'gut instinct'. but something strikes me as odd about the whole situation. I wasn't suspicous about him for most of the game, but after his little roleclaim and Mason call-out, i'm finding his actions questionable.

Do you really think anyone is going to listen to you when they can see that you're simply voting for me because I named you as one of the people that I think is a mafiate, and I already was proven right with one, and am about to be proved right with another?

Really, this just makes me think more that Spoony and you are both mafiates. If I had been wrong with either you or Spoony, you would be voting for Spoony what with the policeman pointing at Spoony, whether you were mafiate or not, as a mafiate as cover, as a non-mafiate as a concerned citizen, and if you wanted me gone because I had accurately revealed you, but Spoony was wrong, you would have waited till Spoony was dead so you could point at that as evidence.

So yeah, I don't think anybody is going to listen to you.

In my defence, I don't really think that it'd be a good idea to lynch me(obviously). Obviously to myself I am innocent. Because of this, I was always thought that MoM, when he voted for me, had not yet investigated me, and was simply guessing. It reminds me of the earlier mafia game. where I believe that the same thing sorta happened with Raiden, the previous PO. Anyway, I assumed that later on MoM found Neyo guilty with his investigate, and started pushing for him to be lynched instead. If I was guilty, then he would have pushed for me more, wouldn't he? But he just going on about Neyo. It's really up to you to decide at this point, since it could have been MoM investigating and then getting me, or simply him guessing.

I don't know about MoM, but if I was the PO, I would push solidly for one person while dropping hints about others.

That way people wouldn't be splitting their attention between the mafiates, and there would be a better chance of winning.

Ever play an RTS?

If you get all your units attacking their partner on the enemy side you're going to lose, but if they all attack one person at a time, you have a much higher chance of getting the maximum number of units through it alive.

I'm not sure, but I was under the impression MoM "went" for me first then aferwards dropped me for Neyo.

No, he was already going after Neyo. The thing we're talking about actually has a vague chance of clearing Deathosaurus, and it's referring to when you rescued Neyo from being lynched.

Which is why I think we should go after Spoony, then Trepie, and then we can handle Death with our nice four person advantage, so that if he turns out to be innocent, which might or might not have been what MoM was saying, then we can still get the real mafiate.
