I'm out.

Just so you know judaspriestfan has been booted due to non activity.
He was the Bodyguard, Town Alligned. I will pm a current player and give his role to someone else. ================================================== A lone figure in the dead of night walked toward his target carrying with him a large object with a sheet draped over him. As he approached what some players called the "Black Square"(which is known for... less than legal activities) he heard someone say "So who is it who called me out here.... oh, its you. Hey man whats up?" To which the figure replied "I have something that might arouse your interest. Its just under this sheet". The newcomer walked past the figure and looked at the object with a sheet on it. "But whats under--" **THUD**. A blunt object came crashing down on the back of the newcomer's head. The figure took the sheet off and got to work. As he finished the figure was confronted by 5 figures in cloaks. They uttered no words as they began tearing into him with their swords. The lone figure slumped to the ground, dead. ------------------------------------------------------------------ As all this was happening a player was sitting on a rooftop looking at the river. "Nice night eh?" came a voice from behind. The player quickly drew daggers and wheeled around to see a person in a trenchcoat standing there. He raised a hand and said "I didn't come here for a fight. I think you would be the perfect person to join our organization." "Join the cult eh? No thanks" the player said and quickly jumped off the rooftop and dissapeared leaving the trenchcoat person standing there, looking at the stars. ------------------------------------------------------------------ As the morning sun rose a yelling could be heard from deep in the city "Come quick! There's been two murders last night!" A crowd rushed to the Black Square to see a gruesome sight. First of all, there was B_real_shadows, Level 39 player, Town Alligned actually, of all things, CRUCIFIED and leaning up against a building. And slumped over on the ground is the body of the man who did it to him. It was Ferix Strider, Serial Killer, Self Alligned disembowled, and surrounded by a circle of his own entrails. The crimson knights come in and usher everyone away from the gruesome scene, but one thing is certain. The mafia needs to be stopped before they do something this horrible again.

Awesome that the SK's gone. One less death to worry about at night. (because I like stating the obvious. Shut up.)
A summary of scumminess, more for me than you people: phil_ and what he says was just noobish-ness. I'm not really sure if I believe him or not... Along those lines, Mr.McSpiff seems rather jumpy in his voting, doesn't he? Is this more of the newbie plague? Then there's misterchainsaw...with his rather obstinate vote for Kiku, and no reasoning behind it at all. Craziness? In any case, one hopes that he'll think more about his next vote if he's going to refuse to move it. --- We also have Mesden's blatant attack on KBM that led to his death. But then, as someone stated, would a mafiatte really be that obvious about it? Maybe it'd be better to examine who jumped on the bandwagon after it got started... phil_ -> Said Mes made a convincing arguement. I'd say he was just failing for something to take notice off of him. Looks like he found his ticket. ThunderGod_Cid -> while pointing out KBM's hypocrisy. Mr.McSpiff -> Jumped right on. He'd been jumping on lots of things, however... B_Real -> also got on fast, while accusing phil_ of bandwagoning at the same time.... newb -> with his...riddles? Rhymes? Fenris -> Just agreeing with everyone else. h4x -> Only in game post: Because KBM didn't roleclaim, of all things Steel Shadow -> something like Fenris' reason, with a little touch of "no roleclaiming". --- I'm not sure what to say about CMP's death...those items are just too hard to predict. That's all I see people. Care to fill in more? Last edited by MasterOfMagic; 04-05-2006 at 01:43 AM. Reason: Missed a vote for KBM |

I'd like to say that it was the mafia that got KBM killed, but looking over the list it doesn't look like any of us had that good a reason. We need to be more careful.
Oh, and I asked him to roleclaim becuase I thought there was a slim possibility that he had a non evil role. At that point it wouldn't have made a difference to wether he lived or died really, but I wouldn't have voted for him, and he'd have had more time. He'd pretty much givenup be then though.

Actually. aside from the death of the SK, I think it is important to state the failed cult initiation.
I don't remember a role that can resist cult joining, so maybe a magical object? And as far as KBM goes, you saw why I did vote for him. Every reason I gave was the truth. Hypocrite, counter voting, counter voting trap and failure to stop what he said numerous times was a bad idea. What can I say except I think he is better off dead. Now, who wanted Ferix dead?

I'm afraid that due to my computer being taken away for two weeks, I must resign.
Major_Blood, you probably should give my Bodyguard, Town Aligned role to another townie. Sorry, all.

This is bad. Seven people have died/been removed thus far, six of them townies. If the next three people that die are all non-mafia, then they'll have five out of ten remaining players and we lose.
So, we need to be really careful with the next vote. I voted for KBM because I mistook his bad, newbieish strategy for scumminess. We can't afford another screwup like that. At this point, my suspicions would mainly go to those who switched their votes quickly without giving much of a reason in their posts. It's too early really have any major suspicions, though. Especially since some of those people seemed inexperienced a la King_black_mage.

Just gonna get my last say in here... I liked my death. Crucifixion really suits my style of death scene. And I guess my easy knockout was basically how I played this game. To eager for my own good. Got me killed it did. Also, isnt it about time someone was brought back to life?
