When you think about it, gender was only ever mentioned a few times for NPC's and one was that old man incident.

How very, very appropriate that, once Fighter starts talking, you only the 'rage room' part of 'storage room'. ^^; At least, I assume Black Mage isn't coming outside to stab White Mage.

my vote is BM is either gonna attack Fighter and nothing happens to him (fighter that is) maybe something along that line of "He's lashing out again." or misses and takes a stab at WM, which fighter will either block it with his new found skill (probable) or stare dumbly as the incident unfolds (more probable) then heal WM with his newfound White Magic (since Knights got this ability in the game). Or Nothing I expect happens and I marvel at the genius or my head explodes at the nonesence. Alll in all... a good day

434 doesn't really work in the context, so we can assume that isn't what is going to happen/.

I bet that BM will miss (Fighter) and fall flat on the floor.

Edit:And the scene in 434 was the trip to mount Gurgu, while the convo above is set in the future, as BM's words do in fact come true. Although he didn't laugh, he found it funny. But 434 doesn't have anything to do with the current episode IMO.
