He apparently didn't choose to reveal himself to kill a mafia and save a townie, rather than "Catch the Cult Leader" or so he puts it thusly.

Wait one second there. The PO role wasn't reassigned, according to Fenris, until after SS was lynched. As shown here. So Raiden must have, or Fenris did it at random(of course that also assumes Marius is telling the truth), and even then Marius could have done nothing to help SS or to get TGT lynched sooner. Frankly once SS came up townie TGT was dead regardless of what the PO knew.

Well Fenris could have reassigned the role earlier but why not tell us? Of course I really could have missinturpeted what Fenris said so that Marius got his roll the day before Raiden was kicked. But then he would still know TGT was lieing. However, he could have been worried about a reveal and getting hit at night but then why come out with it all later?

I don't know why, but this feels different from TGT's attempt. He did get suspicious of Mesden right out of the blue, and I don't particularly like this assumption.

I thought that the new PO would have access to all of the prievous one's information.

EDIT: Anyway, MT said he investigated TGT "before the whole lynching thing" so he would've known that TGT was mafia and coulda spoke up.

Hold it there, buddy. I'm just trying to point out the reasons why it doesn't sound right when you apply my role to the Cult.

Think about it. The cult leader goes to someone and marks them as cult at night, right? Well, my CHARACTER is paranoid about people coming to her. Seeing as the Mafia came and then I locked my doors, only to hear them talk about killing me before I left through my secret tunnel.

So, if the cult came to my character at night, wouldn't the paranoia thing kick in logically? It wasn't much more than simple speculation on my part, so I don't think it's some scum indicator, but, do as you wish.
