Hmm... could it just be a "Pic of the Month"? That would give it a bit more of a chance for creatively sized ideas, too. (Don't ask how something can be creatively sized. I don't know.)

Hmmmm... I would rather have a picture theme of the month as this really isn't meant to be a contest, or something exclusive to people good with photoshop (God knows I'm not). But, yeah, I like the idea. So subject changed. It is now a Picture Theme of the Month thread! I'll see if I can edit the title. If not, I'll wait for approval to make another thread. Not sure if it would be appropriate to make another thread but I also would want this to actually get picked up
