Casual Feudal Japan 5 (back on the ah...water again?)

[Epiphany]

She smiled knowing that once again she had confused Kane. "OKay then, umm... he's a heavy sleeping, so i'm sure if we just push him off onto the floor he'll be fine." She said with a smirk.

[Stover]

"I've seen you smile like that before...you're gloating that you confused me, aren't you!...I ought...to....*sigh*...you know, I'm begining to realize why I've stayed away from women...

"...wait, just shove him on the floor? A) That's not very friendly, and B) that's a great plan for you because you won't have to deal with his pissed-off ass when he gets up."

[Epiphany]

She smiled again and grabbed Kane's arm. "Aww, did little Kaney Waney get confoosed?" She said talking to him as if he were a baby. "OKay, anyway.... If we just shove him off the bed a bit, i doubt he'll wake up, as i said before, he's a heavy sleeper. And when did you ever give a damn if what I did was friendly or not?"

[Stover]

After 'Kaney Waney', he stuck his hand over her mouth and said angrily "I'd rather you give me a little more respect than that, if you don't mind. Thanks." He took his hand off of her mouth. "Tell you what; if you want me to sleep in this bed so badly, I'll let you get Li out of it. Otherwise, I'll just make that little pallet, and you can make all the vague innuendos you wish." And he began walking away.

[Epiphany]

She grabbed his arm and smirked. "There's no need to get angry, Love." She jumped on the bed and practically pushed Li off. He lended on the floor on a pile of pillows that had fallen off. "There, now laydown and i'll get you something to prop your leg up on."

[Stover]

"...love? What? Where did that come from...but serously, I really think Ill go make a--" He gasped and shifted all of his weight off of his bad leg "--...rather, I think I'll just lay down here." He sat down on the bed. "If someone walked in here and told me that you caused that pain to shoot up my leg, I'd believe them."

[Epiphany]

She smiled and grabbed some pillows from a nearby closet. She then gently propped him leg up on the pillows. She then crawled beside him and layed down, laying her arm on his chest and cuddled up beside him, smiling. "Well, Kane, I hope your comftorable now." She looked up at him waiting for a reply and reaction.

[Stover]

"...you are easily the most manipulative person I've ever known. Heard of, even." He put his arms around her, and pulled her close. "The hell of it is, I know full well what it is you're doing to me, and I can't do anything about it. And what's even more disturbing is that part of me actually enjoys it. The laying in bed with you, not the manipulation, that is."

"And now, to answer your question--look at this, answering someone else's questions. Surely an example you could follow--yes, I am comfortable."

[Epiphany]

"You're a very interesting man, Kane. I wander what would happen if Li were to wake up though?" She smirked and grabbed the covers, pulling them over her. "It's getting colder in here. That's a bit unusual."

[Stover]

"...its not very cold in here..." Kane took Lucretia's hand "Wow, but you are....are you alright?" He puts both arms around Lucretia and pulled her close.

Abruptly, he began to laugh. "You know...wow...if you had told me...what...6 days ago?, that I'd be stranded in Japan from the vessel I was gaurding, walk into a bar owned by the woman who carved the begining of her alias name into my back, help said woman steal a ship, then defend said ship from pirates, then begin to hunt down her old enemy, then sleep with her...I would have told you to put down the pipe. Funny world, I suppose."
