Heterodox Neoclassical OWNAGE
Now, since we’re often strapped for information, so I shall analyze what we know with the universal language: numbers! As the methodology goes: Numbers –> ??? –> Profit!
So here are ten increasing sets of numeric computations designed to reveal information about their subjects... numerically. 1. Sublime
2. Perfect
3. Quasiperfect
4. Squares
5. The Mafia
6. Highly Composite
7. Semiperfect
8. Classic
9. Overly Common and Obtuse
10. Prime
Now that we have these ten data-sets, we must follow the process (Numbers –> ??? –> Profit) and analyze them for profit potential. As the profit-maximizing rule, produce where Marginal Cost equals Marginal Revenue. Marginal Revenue is easy to find, we look at how much new information is revealed by each data-set, and that is what we gain from it. Marginal Revenue
And Marginal Cost would be the amount of effort required to create the next data-set. Since the data-set increases by one each time, and is custom, the marginal cost would be ascending, just so: Marginal Cost
Ergo, we find four locations where Marginal Cost equals Marginal Revinue: 1, 2, 4, and 5. But which to pick? For this, we must turn to another economics principle. The first one that comes to mind is the law of diminishing returns. Now, we wouldn’t need to go into what it actually means, because the name clearly seems to indicate we should pick the lowest possible number, because later ones would yield less of... whatever. Which would be data-set 1: Sublime People. Determining which one in this would be easy, since there’s only one: Mesden. This obviously indicates that my method is supported by the universe at large, not just math, science, and economics (two of which are infallible, and one of which is part of the other two). Vote: Mesden I’m a fuckin’ GENIUS.

I don't know. It's underreferenced. And drifts off-topic. B- for KP.

I get the major feeling it's a random number sequence or something.
Probably used wikipedia or the like. Everyone uses wikipedia. |
