"Shit, how did i get in this situation?" thought B_real_shadows as he backed into a corner. An angry mob surrounded him, with murderous intent in their eyes. A representative of their group stepped forward and said "You have taken one too many steps against Kira, and now you pay the price." The mob descended upon him.

1 hour later the police found his body dumped in a river. A visual check revealed him to be Mello, leader of Mello's Gang, Mafia Alligned.

IT IS NOW NIGHT 2. SEND IN YOUR NIGHT ROLES. NIGHT ENDS IN 36 HOURS.

"Good evening world. I am Kiyomi Takada here with a special report. We bring you urgent news that the world must know. We have recieved reports of a certain individual working against Kira's will, someone who MUST be eliminated. This person is Death By Stabbing, SPK member, mafia alligned. I urge you all to not let this person go unpunished. That ends our special report. Goodnight."

Near sat crouched in the floor, fiddling with some dice. Two other people sat at screens spread throughout the room. One of the people turned in his seat and noticed something odd, a lazer dot on the side of his head... "Near! Watch out!" he tried to yell, but it was too late. A bullet entered the side of his head, and Pink Bunny, SPK Don, mafia alligned collapsed to the ground. A man shrouded in black dropped from the corner of the roof and dashed out the door before anyone knew what happened.

Light Yagami sat reading text on his laptop screen late at night, oblivious to the fact that the fourth member of the SPK had slipped into his apartment. This man crept up behind Light... "You're done Kira."

...BANG, a bullet entered the side of Light's neck. Light slouched down over his laptop, too much pain to move. Another man walked into the room. "You dare to shoot god?" The SPK man turned his gun on the intruder. The other man dashed to the side and ran forward, knocking the gun out of the SPK man's hand. The SPK man ran, and jumped out a window. The remaining man walked over to Light and said "I'm sorry god, i couldn't save you." "That's allright Mikami, I should have been more careful and now i'm paying the price. Finish... my... work... Mikami...." Tendronai, The First Kira, town alligned managed to say before closing his eyes... dead. Furious, Mikami wrote the first name that came to mind in his Death Note. This person was Octoberaven, Regular Townie, town alligned. "Goodbye god, i will make sure to finish your work."

so you are saying its basically a free kill? well if so I see no reason to kill him now. Better to wait and kill him when the odds of selecting a mafia agent become slimmer. A wise gamer saves his freebie for when he needs it most, rather then use it right away. If his guilt is truely garenteed, then lets kill those whose fate is not yet sealed. Little he can do to harm us, but if we lynch him then we are giving the other mafia members a free day

if we kill the mafiate now we still risk lynching the townie the next day. With most of the remaining people mafia we are more likely to kill a mafia member then a townie. But as the number of mafia members is reduced the likelihood of getting a townie instead increases. I'd rather take my chances while the odds are still in our favor then wait untill they aren't.

I'm sayin', if we lynch the mafiate today, the PO or Vig we don't lynch today has a chance to do one more thing, maybe the PO finds another mafiate, tells us, or the Vig kills another, whereas in your scenario, they may not be in that position.
