That's referencing an old TV drama. The series was like... 'St. Vincents' or something, and it was all about this hospital, sort of like an E.R. set up? Anyway, the final episode ended by basically implying that the entire thing had been imagined by an Autistic child who envisioned a however-many season medical drama in this toy snow globe or something.

"Newhart' did something similar, albeit a little more comically.

I don't see that working since L was suspicious of traits similar to his own... Seeing as L was pretty much just like Light in that video, except for knowing Capoeira, not sure it would give us a different conclusion. Just sayin'.
