Thank god nobody has done a Let's Play for Elder Scrolls IV.

We'd have a topless female catgirl running around casting a spell called "Dick Spluge" on mud crabs while jumping up and down.
Also the character would probably somehow have a bounty of about 26,000 gold on her head.

I can see a thread of let's play elder scrolls IV now:

Threadgoers: BURN IT DOWN!
Player: -grudgingly casts massive firespells, killing everyone in the city-

Indeed. Even though NPF is (slightly) more mature then Something Awful, the premier LP forums, I think that the scenario you describe would likely happen. Of course, theres nothing to measure it by, as the only other LP on these forums has been my incredibly-shortlived Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones LP. (Mostly because Sacred Stones sucks, and I got bored of the game quickly, but....)

Nah, giving characters silly names is all shit and giggles, but what's the point of Let's Play if you don't play the game seriously? Unless it's an unserious LP. I guess that's for the thread maker to decide.

Meanwhile, I realized naming Gau you with a lowercase Y is bad, as he begins most sentences with his name. Go You.

I once saw an LP of FF6 where the author took it seriously. It was horrifyingly boring to read.

Though this one was going to be fairly tame until you guys decided to call Terra "Bitch".

The fact I use a nude patch to remove that god awful underwear makes me cry a lot harder.

I think the LP would make it to Kvatch, maybe, but then they'd have me jump into the lava.

I don't think you'd make it quite to Kvatch because you'd spend all this time travelling to every city and murdering everyone. And then when you reached Kvatch you'd have guards trying to kill you everywhere.

...But then yes, you'd die in lava.
