In my senior year of college high school (and it was my junior year, dammit drunk Phil), I played Minesweeper for hours a day every day. If that's supposed to be a joke, I don't get it. That was the best year of my life; not dealing with anyone. It was awesome, not funny. (That actually was senior year, but that has nothing to do with the previous statements)

I think the joke is that he hit a mine right away, but if you hit a mine all the other mines show up, so it doesn't work.

The joke is that there is only one mine in that entire field and he hit it.

... What's with the bottom right area?

Edit: I am not very good at Minesweeper.

There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year olds life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.

There was only one mine in the whole map. Though it's impossible since there needs to be a minimum of 10 on a map. BUT THAT'S NITPICKINIG. It's expressing how horribly unlucky he is.

Please don't quote me on that fact, because I'm not bothered enough to double check my "facts"

I thought his name might be either Lucifer or Yoda, but my memory might be biased by both that link and the fact that the bar had him labeled as "the devil-cat." I can't remember if it was local news or something I found elsewhere, but I DO remember it was supposed to have taken place somewhere in either WI or a neighboring state.

I guess what I'm saying is that might actually be real.
Well, a 4-eared cat is far from physically impossible. All I know is the picture on that site is completely fake...there's a clear line in the fur between the actual head and the pasted-on forehead. And that makes the article hard to believe...if you don't have a real picture, why use one at all?

I took a look at my post on the last page. I think I should make a bookmark for "Find all posts by phil_" for the morning after a night of heavy drinking.
