Sorry. I just find posting it and analyzing the context of the scene and whether said context is accurate...a mite bit creepy, is all. It's just my prudish side speaking, but I'm against the whole underage-girls-nudity thing in any context whatsoever.

Well the thing is this:
1. The V for Vendetta masks are to hide their faces, and to identify them as anonymous, a group the frequently protests Scientology. 2. Even dicounting the above, that is NO excuse not to investigate when given photographic evidence and a whole bunch of witnesses to affirm what he says. 3. If the guy was expecting the cop to assume guilt by default you may have a point, however he was expecting the cop to investigate the evidence given. 4. The cop wasn't subject to poor audio, it was a result of his buddy telling the camera man to keep his distance(to cover the guilty cop's ass) and the wind.
