Only imperfectly made arrancars which I assume is what they went with to prevent them from becoming stupidly strong. I'd imagine with enough research and effort you could get a shikai and bankai using released state arrancar. Of course it would probably take a Vasto Lordes level hollow to begin with and would result in something actually strong enough to challenge you for power.

Can Aizen or ANYONE please kill Ichigo for really real with no chance of being brought back to life no matter what and maybe make someone remotely cool the main character? Pretty please with sugar on top?
The last few chapters were pretty good, there even were a bunch of fights that didn't span over 10000 chapters but were paced rather well instead. Now Ichigo showed up to ruin everything. Bleach always starts to suck when Ichigo shows up.
