I don't think that's the case. Hueco Mundo is the place where all Hollows go when they aren't terrorizing the world. Soul Society is where the "good" souls go. And then Hell is where the "Bad" souls go. It wouldn't make much sense for a Shinigami to purify a Hollow (which is what they do when they "kill" it with their zanpakuto), only to send it back to it's own world.
