He probably won't be permanently injured., it's not like he's getting mauled by a Pulverot. Though he may need Rachel to carry him outside so he doesn't get eaten by a grue.

Oh, and it just occurred to me. Are Slayers gonna get a Ruin-type weapon?

Surf hits two foes and one ally according to my guide, so them's the rules I'm going on. Of course, you can tell the Pok�mon to focus and it can use Surf on one target. Power increases by 1.5, so it's not a complete waste.

Team Buscuits and Team Gravy (I'll change those names pretty much every post I make) can communicate, no problem.

Yeah, farmer guy will have a Miltank. Probably an Ampharos too even though that doesn't look like a sheep anymore.

Sure, Slayers'll get a Ruin type weapon. It's going to be organic, though. Dripping bits of meat, buzzing with flies, muscles still twitching, fire by yanking on those purple tendons, that kind of thing. Because every soldier in the really modern world needs kickass organic weapons.

I've basically been imagining all the ruin types as half-life creatures. These new ghost/harlequin ones are throwing me off the game a bit. Probably will have to move to other sources soon.

Oh god... That discharge is so going to screw up my Togekiss. (Since Discharge hits everything except the user, both foes and allies.)

Well, at least Swampert is totally immune.

Going to edit my post just to add the communication to group 1.

EDIT: Regarding the surf thing, I'm fine with that, although if the guide is bulbapedia or anything based on the game-boy games, then the only reason it "hit two foes" is because there are no battles in the gameboy game where you can go free-for-all with more than 2 pokemons. Which is a shame because that would be freakin sweet. Heck, we're the proof of concept in play right now. It's fun! ^___^
End result: Follow latest generation rules on Surf but option to focus on one target.

EDIT: If Lola attempts to heal Renny's Togekiss, Renny will probably decline unless it's knocked out, due to Togekiss having Roost which it can use to heal itself in between battles.

Apparently, AB's guide is the Pokemon Platinum guide and then Bulbapedia.

As for Discharge, it should hit all targets and allies. But, waaaay back when at the start of the first mission, Charlotte was using it and there was no indication that it was hitting alies, so I dunno.

Since she appears to be actually participating in battle, I'm guessing she get hit too.
Also, I could have sworn that blizzard hit everyone except for the user.

^^ Yeah, I thought Blizzard would be the same too back when Pierce used it on the rooftop, but I looked it up and turned out it was enemy only. ^^

Here is a nifty chart a short distance down that shows moves that have different effects in a battle that isn't 1 on 1. (Although keep in mind they say "both enemy pokemon" because ingame, the max number of pokemon on one side is 2. *All pokemon techniques* are reserved for when the user is effected as well, not just foes and allies.
