well most of the animal transforming zoan fruits seem weak compared to the others. Until you get into the rare ones, those are awesome

its not so much that they ignore the training, the show and manga just gloss over it. Like in passing scenese you'll occassionally see Zoro either sleeping, or lifting weights, but they don't focus on it. Just kinda show what everyones up to and you happen to see Zoro lifting weights and Sanji cooking, Usopp tinkering in his lab, Robin reading etc etc. So its not that they just ignore it, they just don't focus on their training but acknowledge that it still happens.

Also, I don't give a shit about Garp, Magellan is a badass.

Once I actually calculated it and found that the number of reps Zoro does are in fact impossible in the time he is given. Often he'd have to be doing push-ups for days on end, while thats certainly possible, it normally shows that only a few hours had passed

The anime is reall doing every possible thing to make each episode have as little actual storyline in it as possible. It's fucking tedious at this moment.

I don't know...they seem to be going through it a rate of one chapter a week just so they don't bump up against the manga so that they don't have to do insanely long and boring filler arcs like Bleach.
