Other limitations I'd suggest for Abdul--No making illusions within... let's say a foot of someone.
Reason being the old D&D trick where you just illusion up a bag or iron mask or whatever over someone's head and/or making yourself perfectly invisible (illusion of no scent, no sound, no smell over himself). Might not be too useful against demons, but it'd be just about as overpowered as stopping all the blood in someone's body against mortals. Other than that, though, it seems like a fine power to me. But what do I know? And I couldn't complain about having another wolf.

But maybe I'm going overboard, I'm not sure what sort of illusions you had in mind. Not to mention Infrared goggles would make the illusions ineffective, so maybe that's sufficient balance as it is. Anyway, Bio time! * * * Bio Time! * * * Character Name: Azure "Kit" Fabre Gender: Male, mostly. Age: Don't ask. Organization: Big Bad Wolf Limited Class: Kit. Special Abilities: He's a young Kitsune (only one tail) which, functionally, makes him a Pyrokinetic who can get dressed for any occasion in one minute or less. But to break it down... Fox Fire: Pyrokinesis by any another name, with a few differences. He can't directly manipulate or create heat, but, can generate and control both fire and light - which makes heat, but that's not the point. Consequently he can't do things like make boil blood or melt something at a distance. He can however make heatless blasts of fire, or change its color. When he tries to control normal fire, it turns blue. Shapeshifting: As a Kitsune, he can change his physical appearance. He does have a preferred state, but some missions require a different touch - as long as the shape's within the realm of humanity, Azure can change into it with sufficient focus. He can use this ability to generate clothing on his own body as well, but it vanishes if he gets incapacitated or intoxicated. Beast Form: Technically a subsection of Shapeshifting, Azure can turn into a normal looking fox. Becoming a fox is easy and fast - at the cost of whatever he's wearing - but changing back takes more time. His Fox Fire is more limited, but he heals faster in this state (small cuts vanish, broken bones repair in a matter of hours, limbs can be regrown in a few days, etc) foreign material like bullets slow the process. Other: Like most canine sub-humans, Azure has an enhanced sense of smell, hearing and is more athletic than most humans. That really just means that strong smells and loud noises affect him more than others, and that, if he ever ends up on the front lines, he's be able to, "Dodge, dodge, do- die." People focus too much on the positives of those things, in his opinion. Bio: Born in Japan over a century ago, Azure was found injured in a public park by the daughter of a pair of Society members and taken in as a pet. He was taken back to America with them some weeks later - it was a Customs nightmare - and lived with the family for ten years as an average fox. By then, he'd matured enough to begin to realize that, uh, he wasn't a regular fox. So, one thing lead to another, and another ten years later, the girl's (now a college student) parents found an extremely naked - attractive - young, tailed, red haired man raiding their fridge one night. Once the dishes and psionic bolts stopped flying, the couple decided that, since he'd been around the house for twenty years now, they might as well keep him. Both were familiar with the paranormal, which helped. He was eventually introduced to the Society by them, who sent him back to Japan to learn how to use his Kitsune powers - they didn't have the resources for that on hand to deal with him anyway. Another score years of painfully slow training later, he'd gotten enough of a hold on his abilities to return to America - and promptly disappear off the map. It wasn't so much that he didn't like the Society, or appreciate what they'd done, but he really wasn't interested in working a serious job right after he'd finished training. So! He had fun. He would have had more fun if he didn't seem perpetually cursed to end up around the paranormal. Dodging demons, the Society, angry SECA members (it wasn't his fault that a couple of the people he slept with ended up mysteriously dead), trigger happy Vigilantes (sub-humans are not demons!) and speciesist Religious Organizations was a good way to kill time though. It was during an extended period of absolutely nothing interesting happening around him that he bumped into a certain Mr. Grey, on his way back from the mall. He hadn't meant to follow the mysterious guy home. Just like he hadn't meant to end up with a gun pointed at his head by a scary looking bodyguard lady. Kit still doesn't know how he talked his way out of that one. In retrospect, he wondered if the bodyguard lady (was her name Natalia Summers?) was a mind reader, because one minute his life was flashing before his eyes, and the next, he had a job offer. Given the choice between what he was sure would be a firing squad style execution and working for an apparently prestigious mercenary company, Kit elected to join Big Bad Wolf Limited. Being able to change his appearance at will was probably the main reason they'd kept him alive - it really was a useful trick. Kit's not sure how he feels about this whole, "Guard the Mother of Hell," assignment he's working on now. But he's learned how to be Professional (to hear him tell it) since he joined BBW, so, he's trying not to show that. Only time will tell if this assignment's worth his going beyond the call of money for, but it probably won't be. If this Mother of Hell died, he'd probably be around to see the next one. Equipment/Belonging: He carries a handgun, in the event his psionic abilities stop being useful for some reason. That said, he loses the thing a lot and isn't very good with it besides, so its not customized. A lot of Kit's paychecks go toward his wardrobe, which he keeps extensive and diverse. Unfortunately, he usually loses at least one set of clothes by the end of every mission, which means he's out shopping a lot. Notes:

Hmm, the interests of Abdul worry me. After all Dick is going to be a quintessential man in black nearly all the damn time. You know other than those times when dressing in a...dammit I forgot the whole undercover part of his general skills. Will add.
Vaguely worried he is underpowered to a degree, but it isn't the first time I've gone running headlong into something bad with someone very likely to die.

For the most part, Abdul is mostly the same as last time, he just lacks projectile explosives.

Loki: Honestly, if you already have another character in mind, it might be easier just to write up that instead of us trying to nerf the blood guy. Less of a headache all around, I'd wager.
Bard: Honestly, I though illusion guy would be underpowered, but I seem to be in the minority here. So how about we add in Krylo's rule, and in the same vein, have the illuisons be less convincing the closer the target is to them. If you don't like that, go ahead and write up a new character if you want. Steel: Then stop having powers I'm paranoid about! Teal: Looks alright. Your shapeshifting ability is basically just a disguise skill, right? And the fox is just a normal fox (well...at least not a giant monster fox)? If that is so, you are approved. P9: Okay, that'll do...just don't go overboard with the shadow walking. Krogo: Approved, thank you. Steel: That's fine. Approved. Uh...anyone I missed?

The Shapeshifting thing's a physical change within limits - he can't get super strong or gain a lot of weight with a shift. It might look like he does, but fundamentally, his physical attributes stay the same with the exception of height and width. Clothes are real in appearance and texture, but he can't make anything stronger than cloth and can't change to anything ('cept the fox) at the drop of a hat. Beast form's a better transformation over all since his physical dimensions completely shift to match a puppy-sized fox. Beyond what I mentioned in the bio, it's just a normal fox though. But you have the right idea.

Ara ara!

So maaaagical
Hmm, I'm debating a bit of an artillery type character; a telekinetic who uses that for personal shielding and to shoot people, plus possibly a few other miscellanous tricks. It's visible because her ability leaks electromagnetic radiation, also meaning electronics are... a problem. Also thinking of a 'psi-amp' for bursts of bigger stuff, which is probably your good old crystal on a stick.
The fact that shooting demons with blasts fired from a magical staff is classed as psionics may be a berserk button.

There ain't no rest for the Title?.
Name: Robert Raymond Winchester, The Fourth
Gender: "Guy Parts" Age: 25 Organization: Big Bad Wolf Limited Class: Martial Artist Special Abilities: Martial Arts Expertise: Mr. Winchester is a student of Jeet Kun Do, and has integrated many different martial arts into his own form: Bagua Zhang Tai Chi Chuan Wing Chun Systema Sambo Boxing Gracie Jiu-Jitsu MCMAP Mr. Winchester has also trained in using a specialized Combat Shotgun and integrating that into his close-quarters combat style. Exceptional Strength and Agility: Mr. Winchester was raised in an environment where the strong and swift survived and lead. Instead of concentrating on typical schooling, Mr. Winchester was constantly training to become stronger and faster then anyone in his family. His strength and agility are nearly super-natural. Tranquil Rage: Falling back on his training and study of Zen, Mr. Winchester is capable of entering "The Zone", where he is capable of entering a 'Way Way Trance" as he refers to it. (It is assumed that he is referring to the concept of Wu Wei, a concept of Taoism, action without 'acting'). His already exceptional strength and speed is improved, in addition to acting completely on instinct to the point of responding faster then a normal human would. On first view it appears to be a type of Barbarian Rage given the brutality he typically engages in, but in this trance Mr. Winchester shows no sign of anger, in fact he has more of a vacant look. Bio: Robert Raymond Winchester, The Fourth, known by his family and close friends as 'Bobby-Ray', grew up in a small Appalachian village in Tennessee. Bobby-Ray was raised by an economical disadvantaged extended family, and was not properly educated early in life. When it was apparent Bobby-Ray didn't have the mental capacity for mathematics and "book learnin'", his Step-Uncle Huo Lee took it upon himself to teach the young boy Martial Arts, primarily Jeet Kun Do, and instruct him in Eastern Philosophy. Huo had hoped that the instruction would help Bobby-Ray with his normal studies. Instead, Bobby-Ray pursued Martial Arts with a reckless abandon often seen in those who discover an oasis in a desert while dying of thirst. He found he was a natural at many of the concepts, and once he had developed a proficiency in his uncle's styles, he set out at 18 (Having recently graduated the eighth grade) to study more styles to help refine his own. On his journey of self refinement, he soon discovered Big Bad Wolf Limited, and applied for a job. Excerpt from the applicant's interview: Interviewer: So, Mr. Winchester, why do you wish to be employed by BBW Limited? Robert Raymond Winchester: Are ya kiddin'? Yer' willin' to pay me cash to hit thin's and blow stuff up? Fer cash? Whar do I sign? Equipment/Belongings/Description: Mr. Winchester was born "The Runt of the Litter". He was smaller then all of his siblings until he started training with Huo Lee. Currently he is a bear of a man, at 6'4" with shoulders nearly as wide, and is deceptively agile for a man his size. He keeps his hair cut close in nearly a crew cut, and is always clean shaven. He typically wears a white sweat stained A-Shirt under a flannel button down shirt (With it's sleeves and buttons torn off) along with combat pants and boots. When dressing up he will usually buy a new A-Shirt and replace his normal flannel shirt with one that is only missing it's sleeves. Weapons wise, Mr. Winchester nearly exclusively carries two Custom Benelli M4 Super 90s, utilizing reinforced Titanium-Steel for most of the construction. This alloy is different from typical blends, concentrating instead on extra strength with little regard for weight. The barrel exterior is octagonal in shape instead of smooth, and all surfaces are polished chrome (with exception of the grips). Other modifications include an increase in round size (to 8 Gauge) and replacing the tube magazine with an external 10 shot clip design. These are carried in shoulder harness worn over his flannel. He is known to enjoy the use of explosives, but is currently on a two week ban from using them due to an unfortunate incident.
