Robocop vs. Iron Man
I'm not sure about this one. Okay, both of them have pretty indestructible armor. Robocop had to have a jackhammer taken to him to even start to take him apart and they only got off like one arm if I remember correctly. It took forever. Iron Man's armor is also pretty indestructible, at least as far as the kinds of weapons Robocop has. Sure it's been smashed off pretty good by missiles and such but at best Robocop has been seen to use an explosive tipped projectile fired from one of those big-ass rifles, and maybe a grenade launcher if you count Robocop 3 (I don't really want to, but we'll go ahead and do that). So Iron Man's armor would hold up pretty good. It was also established in Robocop 3 that Robocop can fly with certain attachments so there's no real advantage there for Iron Man. Iron Man on the other hand has a bunch of different weapons ranging from lasers to little lock-on missile type thingies. Personally I don't think it's going to be an armor issue for Robocop--an electrical shock has been shown to do some pretty good damage to him because unlike Iron Man he is a cyborg with an electric computer attached to his brain and so on. So the way I see this going is Iron Man uses some kind of EMP or other electrical type of weapon and takes him out long before Robocop is able to break through Iron Man's armor with his little machine pistol or even his grenade launcher. This wouldn't even be a challenge.
Robocop would be all like. "Drop your weapons and surrender." Iron Man would be all like "You're going to stop me with that pea shooter, let me take a sip of vodka." THEN BAM! PULSE BOLTS and Robocop is out and destroyed.

Yeah pretty much what Krogo said. And if worst comes to worst, Stark can also go and make new, better armour for beating Robo, though I doubt he'd need to really.
Remember this is a guy who custom built suits specifically for fighting the Hulk, he can take on Robocop.

Iron Man should take on someone who's just like him...another billionaire who's into powered armor. That's a battle worth watching.

Everyone knows that Xanatos always wins in the end. Somehow his loss furthers his own goals. There's a reason why it's called the Xanatos Gambit.

The act of putting them in the same room together causes a supermassive black hole of stupid that destroys the planet.
Seriously though, have to say GIR. A quick pass into Duty Mode would easily take care of cheese. Here's something I always pondered: DOG vs. Tank
