‘The Silent Story’. Unohana heals Hiyori; Hirako has a conversation with Unohana. Byakuya and Kenpachi (with Yachiru) return to SS. Back in HM, Yammy lies still with his pet hollow dog. Is he dead? In SS’s Karakura, Karakura’s repairs and recovery are underway, while Mayuri’s subordinates prepare to transition it back. In the middle of town, Mayuri tells the shinigami taking stock of the situation for transfer that there won’t be Senkaimon for transfer because there’s danger, so they halt. “The margin of error is only 10!” He screams at his subordinates to ‘Hurry-! You’ll die–!’. “Your naivete is gonna make me puke”, says Mayuri. "I’m finishing Hiyori’s treatment, but for now she’ll be alright," says Unohana, to Lisa who’s been asking if she could help, “Well, the kidou’s done all that it could, but afterwards it’s up to whether she hasn’t given up her will to live.” Unohana continues, “But I think you know better than me how that goes.” Nice to see Kubo's already retconning the only good side death we've had . UGH

Chapter is up, so more detailed spoilers are go.
Yami is still alive. FUCK. Hiyori is still alive. FUCK. Urahara, the one who finished Aizen off by being all smarty and whatnot, says "You defeated Aizen" to Ichigo. FUCK. Both wax philosophical on what Aizen really wanted in a post-death attempt at making Aizen pitiable that really just pisses me the fuck off. FUCK.
