It's a challenge, to be sure. But is not a huge travesty for the guy to want to be in the hall of the largest and longest running manga series ever... it means he is aiming for about 80 volumes, we are currently at 43 i think

So Chad isn't the worf. Also, this totally explains the origins of Orihime and Chad's powers. I think Chad's is the transformation of the ring he wears and of course Orihime's came from that hair thing here brother gave her. Man Kubo really plays the long game.
