by Tarquin's own volition, yes. He has thought things out and concluded he will eventually fall. He just has a good year or two before then.

And I can't beleve I just realized that the bearded guy with Roy is most likely Haley's father.

Apparently it used to be called a "philter" instead of "potion," and now it isn't.
