Actually, I just realized that fighting is used twice. Going to alter the Revolver to Steel, and one of the Dice Rolls to electric is thats okay. And if immunity to a status is possible, I think I'll go with poison.

Also, your tech seems a bit underpowered. You're getting about 2.6 extra attacks out of it, on balance, if we assume that a 1 counts for 2 negative attacks. That's a hair more than 25 rage per extra attack. Focus is cheaper than that, and a lot more modular. I am disappoint.
I'd drop the cost by 20.

I'd suggest setting the base cost to 50 because of its very simple nature (pure damage and no status affliction or debuff), randomness with the chance of failure, and because you're also allowing for it to be divided, which would add 25 rage to the cost, making it 75 rage in the end anyhow. It seems to be a "Love Tech" of sort due to the nature of two users, so Charlotte/Jermery could have the option of sharing the cost if they are both on the field. (However, in that case, I would just suggest that for every extra 20 rage, you can hit another target, so the rage cost between the two of you is not divided into fractions.)

But one thing does bug me. What IS the base attack of the move? The dice roll is a multiplyer, but Charlotte has no slayer attacks or pokebrid moves or anything which allows her to fight by herself. The description being "Jeremy rolls an odd blue dice with an etheric glow as Charlotte begins an attack". The move will not really be useful until she gets one. A mere Trainer attack multiplied 6x is still going to suck in comparision to one of her pokemon's moves.

Alternatively, I guess Jermery can apply this multiplier to any target and not just Charlotte, which would basically turn the move into a gambler style Helping Hand and attack divider. Then maybe the high cost could be justified in case it was used to boost someone else's signature move...

Just some thoughts/rambling...
