Can I suggest she be in her upper mid life AB? Your typical character type makes a bit more sense when you add the encroaching hand of age to the equation.

And a bookish understated type is worth thinking about, but the position of handler will be played by me so you'll have to make sure they are capable of field work.

I have few ideas.

Three (maybe four?), actually. I'll pick my agent once I see the start-up thread and get a better idea of what other people are designing. Two are male, one's a girl. Ironically, none of them rely on sex-appeal! All will be quite capable. At least one of them wouldn't be very experienced, so he may not work in the setting.

So, basically, I'm waiting for that Set-Up Thread from Overcast to say more.
