Huh, I didn't know it was Aprils Fools Day already. I guess somebody just couldn't wait. I love how these Dash supporters are also seemingly capable of time travel back to 2009 to spread their message too.

Two things.

First, there's this PAX Prime meet up, which I'm interested in. It's actually moderately close to my area, though I still doubt I'll be able to go.

Secondly, today there's going to be a 9-10 hour marathon of MLP:FiM episodes today, starting at 9:00 AM Pacific. So in about an hour. Where? The Brony Movie Night website I keep linking to.

... oh, and I've been writing a TF2/FiM sort-of crossover fanfic, but it's nowhere near done and will probably need a lot of editing. And it's closer to the general feel of TF2 than it is to FiM, so I'm not sure you guys would even be interested in it.

Pretty much every time I look at it I find more characters I'd forgotten about. Also Equestria Daily apparently was having a fit, trying to figure out the identities of two characters seen from afar, which are really just two little gray specks. Bronies are just so silly sometimes.

Anyhow, something I should have mentioned before hand, but didn't because I'm an idiot: Both Equestria Daily and Brony Movie Night have their own Steam groups now.

The latter also handles announcements for upcoming events (ie: movie nights), which means that I'll probably be a good 80% less spammy now that I don't feel the need to remind y'all every week to tune in.

This week we're kicking things off with Evil Dead III, Winter Wrap Up (again!), Sonic Rainboom, and finishing with Across the Universe.

Also also, there were two other things I wanted to bring up. Two deviantart groups have popped up since the end of Phoe's Artist Training Grounds event: The Writers Training Grounds, a group dedicated to achieving the same goal but with fanfiction (poetry, short stories, etc.), and the Artist Training Grounds Alumni, which despite the name is open to everyone and is basically a continuation of the original event.

Both groups are a weekly event rather than a daily one. I haven't contributed anything to the latter on the grounds that I've still got nasty Artist's Block (this needs to be a thing), but I have gone and written a fanfic for the former. In fact, it's my first ever completed fanfic, though it's also technically only a rough draft.
