I actually had a DnD character based on Nappa from DBZ Abridged. Half-Orc Monk. I thought about using him here, but pretty sure that would cause a permaban.

Age: 16
Gender: Male?
Race: Frieza's Unnamed Race
Career: Fry-cook
Appearance: Like most of his race, Icie transforms to converse power, though he only has one extra form for that so far. In his original form, Icie has dark blue skin. The traditional white helmet, chest piece, arm guards, and leggings are studded with a light blue circle in their respective front-centers. His "ears" are concave, and he a light purple frame along the side of his face. He has a thick tail with a light blue tip.

In his first form, Icie is much shorter. The white portions of his body appear much more armor-like. Two black horns grow from the side of his head, curving upwards. The light blue centers stretch, becoming oval shapes. His "ears" pop out.

He is almost always in his first form, and generally wears casual sweats. Normally wears a pair of shades, even indoors and some times at night.

Special Abilities: Icie cannot sense ki, as it is difficult for his race. He's taken to some old techniques from his people based on his index finger. The first is where he shoots beams of energy from the tip, much like a bullet. The second is where he gathers energy into a deadly ball, though his does not get very big yet.

Equipment: A modified scouter that had it's power level gauger disabled. It only points to ki so it won't explode. He spent three months of paychecks on this thing in the black market.

Biography: Icie comes from a distant planet. He's been told that his race was once great and ruled the galaxy. That was until a golden monkey killed their most powerful leaders, leading to a galaxy wide revoltion. The already small race couldn't handle the sheer numbers with the terror of their leaders gone. The survivors escaped to a remote part of the galaxy and hid themselves on an uninhabited planet. They have since tried to rejuvinate their race, waiting for the time when the galaxy has forgotten and they can return to their former glory.

However, Icie didn't have time for all that. He's an impatient young rebel, and there is conquering to be done. So he stole a space pod and flew off to go control the galaxy. First stop, Earth.

Icie's reign of terror did not last long. A group of warrior's were quick to take Icie down and stop his quest to conquer Earth. They also destroyed his space pod, stranding him on the planet. After his humbling experience at the hands of the Earth warriors, Icie wandered around Earth for awhile. He still had the pride and demeanor to conquest, but his defeat took away his drive. So he'd often yell at people about how the world was his then just leave. With Icie's lack of education, skills, knowledge, and money, he became a hobo. Eventually he landed a job as a fry-cook and lives in a studio apartment with his roommate Ginger. The urge for conquest still comes up, but Ginger keeps bitching about the rent money.

How strong are people supposed to be? By saga of Dragonball (Z). I'm seeing ranges from Saiyan Saga to Emporer Pilaf.

I suppose I can approve IHMN. Only having the two forms is pretty manageable.

I'm kind of being intentionally vague here for handwaving purposes, since in all likelihood we'll be dealing with the full range of opposition and I want everything to be challenging in that regard, but at the same time have the heroes able to at least survive (and perhaps even triumph over through strategy, determination, and banding together against all odds) things that would be retardedly overpowered were we to be sticking hard and fast to the DBZ power scaling.

I know it's a cop out and if you really want to think about it would obliterate one's suspension of disbelief but here we are.

Not 100% complete but the basic idea is there and it is late and I should sleep. I started at cowardly lion and got this. The fact someone wears a turtle shell only makes it better in my mind.

Race: That most humble of nature's creations, the Tyrannosaurus Rex (Shapechanger)
Career: She is the Lizard Queen!
Appearance: Sessjala's true form is a tyrant-lizard, but she normally looks human. Since Sessjala is not a very good shapechanger, her forms - whether it's human or something like a lawnmower - invariably have a flaw like being green, scaly or having a tail. With an effort she can suppress reptilian features but they inevitably pop out again after a short time.

Special Abilities: I haven't decided on anything except a mouth beam yet for energy attacks and such. Sessjala can regenerate lost body parts and do the stretchy limb thing.

Equipment: None.

Biography: Sessjala is the rightful ruler of all reptiles (and some amphibians) but her subjects' attempts to shower her with love and adoration are unfortunately marred by the fact she is terrified of lizards as a result of a terrifying incident in her youth. Yes, this can include her own reflection.

She seeks the dragon balls to wish for COURAGE!

He'd wear armor if martial artists couldn't stop bullets with their bare hands or if it worked on ki blasts and punches.
Special Abilities: Solomon has the ability to focus his energy through his assault rifle and handgun, allowing him to fire ki blasts through them with more power and speed than if he used his bare hands.
Equipment: His mercenary gear consists of an assault rifle, a handgun and a short sword on his belt, and a small knife hidden in his right boot.
Biography: Solomon's the kind of guy who'd slit his momma's throat for a ~~nickel~~ ten grand, unless someone offered him ten more not to.

He started out as a martial artist, competing in tournaments for the prize money. After he won a few, people started coming to him, asking for a strong martial artist to solve their problems. This gave him the idea to sell his services.

It wasn't long until he got into being a mercenary proper, taking any job for good pay. Before he did that, though, he made sure to eliminate most of the competition. But not all of them. Winning unchallenged wouldn't be any fun.

My only hesitation with Arhra's character is the power set, shapeshifting aside, is strikingly similar to that of the namekians, so for now I'm holding off on approving it in the hopes of getting something a bit more unique abilities-wise.

Drac is approved, and I think should be pretty workable in the story I have in mind for the beginning, and we can work out the details over PM.

Well strictly speaking Jake can only make ki explosions, but that doesn't stop him from yelling out attack names before everything explodes in his face

It took me two days to come up with my characters name, and it's a horrible pun (Short Guy! Get it?!). I don't think it would be a good idea to have me name all my energy blasts?
