I've given answers to these things already.

I have a post where I go into depth why Naoto's scenario is transphobic, specifically that it resolves the character arc with transphobic beliefs, equates gender reassignment surgery to a mad scientist experiment, the remake and light novel sexualize Naoto, a trans man, as a woman, and the game lets the player push Naoto to be more feminine.

It's all pretty fucked up and pretty simple.

no, I feel that transphobia is a very real society issue that nonetheless is being used to give anyone supporting it free reign to be idiot fucks without consequence.

Someone who is personally affected by it was excused for, very justifiably, flipping out over it.

Let me be very clear, I'm not arguing that transphobia is okay. But IN GENERAL, with that reasoning, any time someone pisses me off, then I can say whatever the fuck I want because I'm pissed off, which is just fucking ridiculous.

Now this is a terrible thread to use as an example because transphobia is such a sensitive issue, but I've come to see in this thread and hell just in general, Liz has gotten free reign to be a douchebag to anyone who doesn't see her viewpoint/doesn't agree with her. Yes I know and I agree that Liz knows more about the issue, but act like a decent person for once instead of resorting to flames the minute someone says s. Being able to get away with that shit is what pisses me off because anyone else who says the same shit that Liz does would be permabanned.
