You two are mostly okay. Which is to say the numbers all look fine.

Few things I'd like to mention/know, though.

OC:
1) Does Syren have anyone particularly important to him? Family, friends? Where are they now?
2) Who is his administrative assistant(s), and where is/are they?
3) Where did he get his dire chain?
4) How did he exalt?

Drac:
1) Again, does Lyna have anyone she particularly cares for (other than the Solar Mate she may have never even met yet)? Where/who are they.
2) How and where did Lyna exalt? How did the Lunars find her?
3) Where/how did she get her powerbow?
4) Who are the pirates she knows (Coral/Wavecrest/Lintha/Some unaffiliated lunar pirates/something else?) and how did she get those contacts?
5) How did she fall in with the Sword of Luna?

This is going to go for any other sign ups as well. Explain your various backgrounds (except Drac's heart's blood 'cause I don't care how he ate a snake heart one day or whatever) and let me know of any important people or places in your character's past and how their exaltation went.

Alright, got a draft for you.

As for Background, this guy's a raised on the streets type, left there after his parent's deaths. He did his bit of dodging the law, eking out a living however he could, stealing when he couldn't, which was often. Eventually he fell in with someone a little more professional, an expert thief who appreciated his skills, and taught him to develop them further - His mentor.

After a few years she moved on, and he went to work for himself. Never forgetting his early years, his targets were the rich and corrupt, and his gains more often than not ended up in a more unfortunate soul's hands. He gained something of a reputation, a minor urban legend, and he capped it off by stealing a local minor lord's most valuable artefact in a daring and breath catching heist, which went a little off kilter when he Exalted in the middle of everything...
